iFusion Terms of Use
Introduction
iFusion provides a restaurant management and hospitality platform for restaurants, cafes and food businesses. These terms cover use of the iFusion service, content, and related policies.
Accounts and responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, comply with applicable laws, and ensure menu, pricing, inventory and operational data is accurate.
Content and acceptable use
Users may enter menus, orders, inventory records and other operational content. Illegal, misleading, offensive or harmful content and activity are prohibited. iFusion may remove content or restrict access where these terms are violated.
Ownership
iFusion software, designs, logos and interface elements belong to Nishwet Box Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised copying or distribution is prohibited.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for inaccurate data entered by users. To the extent permitted by law, iFusion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Subscriptions and termination
Some services require subscription plans with separate commercial terms. Users may terminate accounts, and iFusion may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
Disputes involving iFusion services are governed by the laws of Nepal. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Changes
These terms may be updated by posting a revised version in the iFusion application or website.
